The incompetence displayed by Surrey County Council time and time and time again is frankly an embarrassment. Bunch of amateurs and more taxpayer money wasted on futile court actions.

One would assume that if the Executive head and the chair of Governors have both so publicly stated the future of the school is secure then the funding must be in place.
Otherwise this is nothing more than a cruel deceit for the parents, students and supporters of Kings.

Snapper you have no clue what you are talking about. Highways is Surrey County Council not Surrey Heath and he was the chairman of a transport committee and not the cabinet member for highways and transport. Rather than blame him, look at the parents.

I feel the Tomlinscote playing field has ample room for a car park. Nothing irritates me more than cars parked on the yellow zig zags meant to provide clear views for children.

I’d like to say more (and maybe I will later) but this all hinges on funding from SCC – no funding no security, no security no new students, no new students no school.

Without funding assurances from SCC the press release looks a bit like this…..

I dont think so. I believe for some time in the past, this Cllr had responsibility for transport and related issues at SHBC, and as noted, nothing has changed or improved in the Tcote and Rcote area in years, regarding unsafe and selfish parking. IMHO it is a miracle that no student has been seriously injured in this area.

I see no mention of a financial commitment to Kings International by SCC either qualified or unqualified.
