The phenomenon of ZUMBA has unleashed itself along the Surrey/Hants border in the guise of Gary Baxter. (See promotional video below) “There are many classes on the timetable across Farnborough, Northcamp, Frimley Green, Deepcut & Camberley. Not only are there evening classes but mornings too, what better way to start your day than a blast at a ZUMBA class!”
The ZUMBA program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that uses Latin & international music & dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective fitness system.
So…why all the hype?
It’s a blast! “exercise in disguise”,
It’s different! “the music, the steps, the moves”,
It’s easy! “anyone can do it”,
It’s effective! “a cardio-based workout”.
Gary told us that, “There are many exciting events planned for this year including:
AQUAZUMBA, (ZUMBA in the pool)
NIGHTCLUB ZUMBA DISCO, (18+, monthly, Fridays, 7-11PM)
ZUMBATOMIC kids classes (4-12yrs), running in schools; as part of the curriculum, after school, also in the holidays at leisure centres as activities.
ZUMBA PARTY IN THE PARK, Bar-B-Q’s, picnic, Bouncy castles, families welcome…oh and ZUMBA too!!!

There are also classes running in Deepcut at
Deepcut Village Centre, Cyprus Rd, GU16 6TB.
Tuesday 8:15 – 9:15pm
Thursday 9:30 – 10:30am (Morning)
Please confirm your attendance at the Deepcut class, if you wish to attend, as it is already up & running, there are limited spaces available.
Bring along comfortable clothing, trainers, towel, water, a car full of ZUMBA newbies & brace yourself to have some fun!!!
